Rollers with diameters ranging from Ø 25 - 115 mm in various widths and versions, partly manufactured in the 2-K process, for use in industrial materials handling equipment.

The 2-K process is used for the production of composite parts. First the core of the roller is manufactured from a high-quality PA material, after which a soft TPU material is injected around the core in a second production stage. Both materials then form a permanent bond. This process enables the physical properties (strength, weight etc.) of materials to be combined with each other in an optimum way.
